Jon Gosselin's new girlfriend is 22-year old Hailey Glassman, daughter of Kate Gosselin's plastic surgeon.

Hailey already has a rap sheet including an arrest in 2005 when the cops discovered her with a group of kids puff-puff-passing the good green stuff.

The case was settled out of court with judgment withheld in lieu of court and ticket fines and a little bit of probation.

Hailey also accompanied Jon on a trip to St. Tropez this weekend to do "business" with gaudy t-shirt "designer" and dresser of douchebags worldwide Christian Audigier.

Jon is going into business with the Ed Hardy designer to create a kids line, and he is taking along young Hailey, "She'll have a lot of input with Christian," Jon blabbed to reporters. "And I will, too."
